An update on my legal situation, I hope this doesn't get used by bad actors, but here we go:
Tomorrow I have an appointment with the Court, most likely sentence will be 7 months in prison, for which will be suspended due to the legalities of the Penal Code of the Supreme Court.
What does this mean? I can't obviously do a bunch of stupid shit regarding nazis in 7 months, apparently. Not sure what it means, but so far I've been good not committing additional hatecrimes for nearly 2 years, so I guess this is easy mode as far as I do more pedagogics and less inflammatory political shit (even none). The point is, it's unlikely I'm gonna be in an actual prison for the following months unless I do something really bad. So, in the end, the fuckers who snitched me to the cops might not been able to get me in prison.
Even though, the damage has already been done, especially emotionally and psychologically. I'm never coming back to the far right not even in my dreams, and as far as I'm concerned, I was able to not fuck it up lately, so I'm not gonna fuck it up even more.
Yes, the Justice System is pretty fucked up. Average peeps like me get the unfair disadvantage as long as we cannot afford proper lawyers or be able to safely find justice, especially considering the bad actors who snitched on me on the first place, which, by the way, are pretty much a bunch of nazis, got away with this. But slowly and steadily we keep fighting. That's all we have to do.
In the meantime, I'll tone down into more subtle shit. Keep my head down and sort this out as smooth as I can.
