We’ve been working with Wrangler on this new short comedy video for the Goon Fund for several weeks now, and it’s pretty much something you goons will enjoy. It’s currently 3/4 done at this moment, so fingers crossed that Wrangler finishes it this weekend. And, oh boy, there’s gonna be more.
Our plan is to generate comedy and edutainment content right there at the moment to be able to go for better comedy and edutainment content as we go. You know these PsychoBongs NFTs aren’t for funding even more NFTs but to, aside of bringing 50% of the earnings to the Industrial Workers of the World organization as donations, to improve our way of generating content, games, etc. Even start a possible worker co-op with some buddies of mine so JMAA TV and JMAA GAMES becomes official as a business!
I know people struggle with money these days too much to be able to afford yet another subscription to a membership, and if that’s your case, keep yourself the money, I’m not forcing you to pay shit for me anyways, but we’re racing towards not stagnating in terms of content quality here, and also to be able to feed myself independently from my own shithole of my parents’ house, so any financial help, via the Goon Fund, via the Goon Forum signup, or anything can help me and us to create better things that you will enjoy more.
Honestly, it’s been like, what? 10 years of being stagnant in content quality? Mainly because I was barely scratching my finances to barely improve my content somehow, but imagine this: professional cameras, professional audio, professional direction of photography, even full feature length films, AA video games, really good animation, TV shows… these things cost money. And with more money, the closer I get to achieve these things.
I want to do these things because they have been my passion projects from a long, long time ago, and I’m not lying about this; I don’t want to scam you out of your money to bring you mediocre content. I want the equipment, the team and the resources to be able to achieve this dream. In capitalism, we’ve been conditioned as part of the worker class to be mediocre at best, to conform to be lazy inside our office jobs, like the one I’m currently working at, pursuing nothing passionate, ever since we were basically children at school. I seriously want to break this cycle because I still keep my passions alive and kicking and I don’t want to disappoint on that. And also, I want to use my future big influence that I might get from the growing support to make a world where capitalism doesn’t fuck us up, nor where fascism is running rampant. Imagine a better world, jeez.
