It is on our saddened knowledge that the youtuber Steven Jason Williams, also known as Boogie2988, died at age 44 on October 23rd 2018 of type 2 diabetes.

His Twitter account just posted about it on the same day of his passing, presumably from his own ex-wife posting on behalf of Boogie’s account.

However, it is apparent that the Twitter account in question is still tweeting. Rumors spread about allegedly Boogie’s ex-wife Dez keeps tweeting and posting on his behalf rather posthumous content on every social media Boogie2988 owned.

Steven was very known for his comedy videos involving his character of his own, Francis, in which he’d do rage videos on diverse gaming topics. He was a youtuber with over 4 million subscribers, and he will live in the memory of the YouTube community for years to come.
